QUICK BIO: A professional advertising artist starting in 1977, since 1989 Peter has been a freelance painter in Victoria. His booth at Bastion Square since 2000 has been very popular, and he's been a featured painter at the Moss St. Paint-In (2003 & 2004). This year Peter started teaching private and class sessions in gouache technique.
